Our Story
Stephen Moore is the founder of Out of the Blue Training Ltd. He has 20 years of experience working in An Garda Síochána, where he trained over 2,000 Gardaí in interview techniques. He is also the author of three books: The Guardians - 100 years of An Garda Síochána, Pearse Street 100 and A History of Kevin Street Garda Station.
A former Garda Representative Association Divisional Rep., Stephen is passionate about helping members of the Emergency Services and Military to transition to new careers. He understands that leaving or retiring from the Emergency Services or Military can be a daunting task, and he is committed to providing individuals with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
