We are so excited to announce that Carlo Griffin is joining the Out of the Blue family as our new Director of Training!
After an incredible 30 years of dedicated service in An Garda Síochána, Carlo is bringing his extensive experience and talent to our team. He has a proven track record of helping individuals excel in their careers, and we can't wait for him to develop tailored coaching and training programs to help those in service achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Carlo's commitment to helping others succeed perfectly aligns with our mission: to help people join service, progress their careers in service, and excel when they retire from service.
