Housing, Support & Recognition: Spotlight on Key Issues at the April 2025 Career Horizons Expo

Out of the Blue Training is proud to stand behind Paschal Taggart’s call for affordable housing and city allowances for Ireland’s key workers. This vital issue will be at the heart of the upcoming Career Horizons Expo, taking place on Friday, 4 April at the RDS, Dublin.

As part of the day’s programme, Paschal Taggart will deliver a keynote address highlighting the urgent housing challenges facing frontline professionals. His remarks will frame a wider conversation on dignity in service and life after service, featuring:

• Panel discussions on career transition, upskilling, and wellbeing

• Over 40 exhibitors offering practical career, financial, and lifestyle support

• Individualised advice from experienced coaches and recruiters

The event is designed for those currently serving, recently retired, or planning their next move after a career in An Garda Síochána, the Defence Forces, Fire, Ambulance, or other emergency services.

We’re also honoured to welcome The Lord Mayor of Dublin, Emma Blain, who will officially open the expo at 10am.
